About the stay
Set on the ground floor of a traditional machiya near Sanjusangendo, this stay pairs tatami rooms and timber beams with a private Japanese garden. Open the shoji, settle down with tea and enjoy the quieter side of Kyoto after a day out.
A kitchen and washing machine make it easy to mix local dining with time at home. With capacity for five, it suits families or a small group who want to share a Japanese-style space and explore the streets around Shichijo at their own pace.
- A Japanese garden beyond the shoji
- Tatami rooms and warm timber
- Explore the Sanjusangendo neighbourhood
